Rebel commanders fight for control against Imperial garrisons, trying desperately to sway allegiances and control the planet. Hard-fought battles rage on, with ownership of cities, in fact of whole worlds, held in the balance. There is a constant ebb and flow in every war, and worlds change hands from day to day between Imperial and Rebel control.
