
The PC version will sell for about 50€ in Europe, with a collector's edition to launch on September 22nd. This will include early access, a making of DVD, a security token, a branded tumbler, a map, journal, and free guest pass for a friend, along with 30 days of gameplay. Pre-orders will also get an in-game item, the Onion Helm, which speeds up your recovery after you're defeated in a fight. Standard edition pre-orders only receive with Garlond Goggles, which speed up skill progression.
The monthly subscription fee for Final Fantasy XIV is of £8.99 (€12.99), but for any additional character slots there's a cost of £2.10 (€3) a month each, up to eight maximum.
The PC beta is scheduled for early July.
