Cheyenne Mountain Entertainment is still having some difficulties to develop and release Stargate Worlds, the much troubled MMORPG. However, what we weren't expecting was the unveiling of a parallel project, this time a third person shooter.

Stargate Resistance will use assets from Stargate Worlds and hopefully work as some sort of financial push for Stargate Worlds. The game will be an online multiplayer only shooter.

"Stargate Resistance is a fast-paced and deadly 3rd person shooter for control of the entire galaxy!
